These terms cover your use of this website and the headlight restoration services of Crabs Headlight Restoration ("we", "us"). By using the website or booking a service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a service.
1. Our services
We provide mobile headlight restoration in the Orlando, Florida area. Our standard process is lens preparation to remove oxidation, wet sanding to remove the old clear coat, machine compounding and polishing, and a ceramic coating for UV protection. We perform the work at the place you ask us to come, after you contact us and request a visit. We do not solicit work door to door.
You must be at least 18 years old to book. You confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to have the work done.
2. Quotes and pricing
- Our standard restoration starts at $70 per pair of headlights. That is a starting price, not a final price.
- The final price depends on the size and condition of your headlights. We give you a quote before work begins, and work only starts once you agree to it.
- If the work will cost more than $100, you may ask for a written estimate before work begins, and we will provide one.
- We will not charge more than the price you agreed to without asking you first.
- Prices are before any sales tax that applies.
- Senior (age 65 and older) and veteran discounts, and discounts for 2 or more cars in the same visit, are available on request. We may ask you to confirm that you qualify. The discount, if any, is included in the price we quote you.
- Quotes are valid for the time period we tell you. If your headlights turn out to be in a different condition than we could see when we quoted, we will explain and agree any change with you before continuing.
3. Scheduling, access and weather
You agree to give us safe access to the vehicle at the agreed time and place. Because we work outdoors, we may need to reschedule for weather or safety. Please contact us as soon as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
4. Vehicle condition
Headlight condition varies, and results depend on it. Cracks, internal moisture, damaged seals or aftermarket lenses can limit what we can restore. We will tell you about any pre-existing damage we notice before we start. We do not restore the inside of a headlight housing, and we are not responsible for damage that existed before our service.
5. Payment
We accept cash, Zelle and tap to pay. Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise. If you pay with Zelle, please check that you are sending payment to the account we give you. A payment sent to the wrong account may not be recoverable.
6. Warranty and refunds
Our work is covered by a 1-year limited warranty, and our cancellation and refund terms are in the Warranty and Refund Policy. That policy is part of these terms.
7. Using this website
- The website is for information about our services and to request a quote. Please use it lawfully and do not try to interfere with it or misuse it.
- The website name, logo, text and images belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the site and share its link. Please do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- We work to keep the website accurate, but information on it may change and may contain mistakes. The price estimator shows starting prices only.
- Links to other websites, such as Google, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for other websites.
8. Disclaimers and limits on liability
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Except for the warranty in our Warranty and Refund Policy, we do not make other promises about results, to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent Florida law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have under Florida or federal consumer protection law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle information. By using the quote form you agree to them.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies to services booked after that date.
